Job Description :
This position will be responsible for performing complex psychological / social assessments, which include barriers to coping, mental health history, cognitive development, adverse developmental events, resistance to treatment, mental health symptoms and learning and / or mental health threat, residential stability, health system impediments, social support and vulnerability. Collaborate with the Healthcare team to address Social Determinants of Health.
Education Qualifications :
A bachelor degree in social work from an accredited social work program.
Licensure / Certification Qualifications :

Required Qualifications
Current State Social Work Licensure
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of clinical behavioral / mental health experience, outside of internship
Experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
Experience with Case Management
Experience with Motivational Interviewing
Proven ability to work independently and manage a case load
Additional Job Description :
