This position will be responsible for performing complex psychological/social assessments, which include barriers to coping, mental health history, cognitive development, adverse developmental events, resistance to treatment, mental health symptoms and learning and /or mental health threat, residential stability, health system impediments, social support and vulnerability. Collaborate with the Healthcare team to address Social Determinants of Health.Education Qualifications:
A bachelor degree in social work from an accredited social work program.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited social work program.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Social Work Licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of clinical behavioral/mental health experience, outside of internship
- Experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
- Experience with Case Management
- Experience with Motivational Interviewing
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a case load
Additional Job Description:
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through an appropriate licensing agency.
