Job Description
As a registered nurse on our medical surgical unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Responsibilities include organizing and providing nursing care, delegating aspects of care to other nursing personnel, contributing to the meeting of facility and Essentia's mission and goals, and responding to emergency calls.
