What You'll Do:
- Provide direct care to skilled nursing facility residents and serve their needs in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
- Provide personal hygiene care, assist with nutritional needs, and maintain a safe, clean, attractive, and neat environment.
- Recognize and deal with the problems of the aging process, promptly report changes in resident condition to shift nurse, and prevent abuse of vulnerable adults.
- Maintain awareness of safety issues and strive to accomplish responsibilities in a safe manner.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Active CNA on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Trained Medication Administrator Certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire
Location: Grace Home Nursing Home
Shift Rotation: Day/Eve Rotation
Hours Per Pay Period: PRN
Compensation Range: $18.52 - $27.78 / hour
Salary : $19 - $28
