Manage the Customer Service and Import teams; responsible for stock and warehouse management including strong communication with the companys plant in Brazil in order to plan production volumes; coordinate chemical product transfers from Brazil based on market conditions and customer demand. Requires Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering or closely related field and two years of experience in job offered or as Supply Chain Analyst or in similar position(s) in the industrial chemicals industry. Background in education, training, or experience must include good knowledge of international chemical regulations; experience in Supply Chain management and production planning; knowledge of production plant processes, flow, and integration; experience with data crunching, SAP, and other IT piloting tools; experience with Supply Chain crisis management; demonstrated ability to be proactive and autonomous; excellent communication skills; proven ability to work in a high pressure environment; experience in leadership and decision making roles.
