Responsibilities
- Supervise physical and mental patient health
- Effectively communicate any dietary or medical needs to family and staff
- Administer prescribed medications as directed
- Maintain records and documents of patients cared for
- Light cleaning and meal prep
- Some lift experience may be required
- Great bedside manner/able to carry conversation for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation/punctuality
- Experience with geriatric care/dementia/Alzheimer's
Qualifications
- Experience as an HHA/CNA/Companion
- Exceptional bedside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cell phone skills to navigate our homebase app
- Knowledgeable of nutrition and hygiene standards as they apply
- Must be able to pass level II background screen
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18years of age to qualify
