POSITION PURPOSE
Provides outstanding member service and ensures the highest level of member satisfaction is achieved during every member encounter. Assist members with various financial transactions in a personable, professional, and courteous manner. Must be comfortable interacting with members on camera. Remain aware and abreast of credit union products and services. Upsells products and services through member interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with members through video in a professional and engaging manner.
Follows ITM teller procedures by walking members through their transaction, explaining transaction prompts, answering any questions while remaining on the screen throughout the session.
Performs all transactions accurately in a timely manner.
Look for opportunities to improve member’s financial health by cross-selling Essential’s products and services.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash checks, loan payments and other transactions in a confidential manner.
Monitors deposit amounts and examines documents for endorsement and negotiability.
Investigates and resolves out-of-balance conditions.
Achieves monthly sales goals for cross selling credit union products.

Assist other departments as needed.

Job Specification
High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of community college with focus in business administration or mass communications preferred.
Training Requirements:
Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, and office).
Use of desktop computers.
Working knowledge of other core systems.
Annual training to ensure compliance with NCUA and BSA requirements, rules, and regulations.
Work Experience:
One (1) year experience in a financial institution setting.
Working in a customer service environment.
Credit Union or banking experience desired.

Perform primarily sedentary work on computer or laptop for an average of eight (8) hours per day. Lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs. when moving cash drawers or coin bags. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situations. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
