Job Title: Independent Sales Representative
Job Description: Essential Fencing is looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals for our part-time fence estimator opportunity. This opportunity is a hands-on working environment that has a primary focus on performing in-home/ in-business consultations, installations, and repairs.
About the Company: Essential Fencing is a veteran owned company that specializes in residential and commercial fence installation and repairs in Blount County and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be meeting with customers at their homes and/or place of business in a sales capacity as a fence estimator. This includes taking measurements of the customers' yards, communicating with the customers about their fencing needs and the options you can provide, and staying consistently in contact with the customer throughout the installation process and completion of the sale. Your goal is to deliver the highest level of customer service to solicit a 5-star review and maintain a high-level customer retention.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, or experience in fence estimation is recommended however; not required.
· Education: There are no educational requirements for this role.
Skills:
· A basic understanding of computers, tablets, and phones is required.
· The use of calendaring systems (i.e., Google Calendar) is recommended.
· Experience with email (i.e., Gmail) is recommended.
· Writing professional estimates and contracts for customers is recommended.
Compensation:
· This positions pay is 100% commission at a rate of 12.5%
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per year
