Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Facility Surveyor to join our team. This is a 100% remote role but will require some travel as needed. Most surveys required can be conducted virtually. The Surveyor will assess compliance with federal regulations at healthcare facilities, ensuring the quality of care and services provided to residents / customers. Surveys include re-certification, comparative reviews, complaint investigations, and revisits across various healthcare settings, such as :
The Surveyor will apply approved protocols and methods during on-site evaluations, including observations, interviews, and reviews of facility records.
