Tennessee Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor / LCSW, LMFT or LPC
Reports to : CEO
Supervises : N / A
Department : Clinical Services
Purpose
This role reports directly to the CEO, contributing to the objectives of the company's mission. While providing individual, group, and family therapy, this Licensed Therapist participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and client-centered care and treatment. The location is Cordova TN.
Responsibilities :
- Carry a caseload of consistent outpatient clients and IOP program clients.
- Oversee the daily treatment experience of each of his / her clients.
- Maintain appropriate documentation as required.
- Conduct assessments of clients at the time of assessment and re-assessments as required.
- Conduct mental status examinations.
- Provide appropriate treatment recommendations based on a review of the client's history, signs, and symptoms.
- Provide individual, couple / family, and group psychotherapy as needed.
- Ability to demonstrate respect for the cultural and lifestyle diversity of clients and staff.
- Crisis intervention services.
- Treatment Planning.
- Complete Additional Sessions Requests forms as required.
- Knowledge of current legal standards on professional practice, reporting requirements, professional boundaries, and related issues.
- Participates in quarterly staffing meetings
- Ensure that Joint Commission documentation requirements are met
