Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :
- Support sales growth through lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and sales strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Apply market research and customer leads to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth to increase sales.
- Coordinate sales outreach to potential customers and guide through the full sales cycle
- Maintain and update customer databases and assist with CRM management.
- Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
