Requirements for Corporate Accountant :
Strong understanding of accounting functions
Previous related accounting experience
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Public accounting experience
Knowledge of entity types, structuring and transactions.
Responsibilities for Corporate Accountant :
Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities with an organization.
General knowledge and preparation of payroll tax returns, personal property tax returns and sales tax returns.
Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records
Process payroll, A / P, A / R's
