Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in bookkeeping and accounting? We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join our client's team in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

Requirements for Office Coordinator :

Reliable

Detail Oriented

Bookkeeping / Accounting Experience

Responsible for AR / AP, general ledger

Point of contact for customers

Day-to-day, month-end, and year-end accounting experience

Responsibilities for Office Coordinator :

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Maintain general ledger

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

Handle day-to-day, month-end, and year-end accounting tasks

Assist with bookkeeping and financial reporting

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
