The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Sell pest control services to home owners and prospective clients
- Make proposals and presentations to obtain contracts
- Cover sales leads in assigned territories to generate customers
- Compute treatment cost from company pricing instructions
- Execute contracts on behalf of the company
- Interact courteously with customers and prospective customers/leads
- Maintain sales prospect files, call-back files and activity records
- Responsible for proper care and maintenance of any company provided equipment
