Essential Pest Control is rapidly expanding and we are looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Pest Control Service Manager position in the Maryville/Knoxville, Tennessee area! **Must be a certified applicator! Licensed applicator a BIG plus!!**
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
* Determine best method of application based on customer needs
* Spray chemical solutions, powders, and gases on or near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests.
* Identify pests, including termites, mice, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitos, or bed bugs.
* Advise customers on treatment applied and which pests are targeted
* Fill out all necessary paperwork following completion of jobs
* Interact courteously with customers and prospective customers/leads
* Respond to various customer questions and requests via provided software
* Communicate with office staff regarding customers various needs
* Identify and mix chemicals based on property size
* Bed bug and/or termite license or experience preferred but not required
