What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Aide position at Essential Senior Health and Living?
Starting pay for nursing as follows:
CNA - 18.00 - 23.00 per hour
LPN - 32.00 - 37.00 per hour
RN - 37.00 - 42.00 per hour
**Weekend Option additional 5.00-7.00 per hour

The Housekeeper/Laundry Aide will:
Perform routine, periodic cleaning as directed
Fulfill all laundry duties for our Residents and the facility
adhere to all sanitary and safety practices and standards of the facility and the State Board of Health
The Housekeeper/Laundry Aide will:
Be able to read and write and follow both oral and written instructions
Benefit from previous Housekeeping experience in an institutional setting
Know how to properly use and care for cleaning devices, correct solutions and materials
Know how to properly use and care for institutional laundry equipment, solutions and chemicals
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Must be able to stoop, bend, twist and lift up to 50 pounds.
