What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Essential Senior Health and Living?
Starting pay for nursing as follows:
CNA - 18.00 - 23.00 per hour
LPN - 32.00 - 37.00 per hour
RN - 37.00 - 42.00 per hour
**Weekend Option additional 5.00-7.00 per hour

Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $19.00
Maintenance staff will:
Ensure a safe living environment for residents
Position reports to the Maintenance Superviser at Northview and also works at Home Office facility in Anderson as scheduled.
Ensure a safe working environment for employees
Ensure adherence to all regulations governing physical facility operations
Maintain facility grounds and equipment
Maintenance staff must:
Be able to read and comprehend English language, including the comprehension of blueprints, policies, and procedures
Have 2 years’ experience related to general troubleshooting, repair and problem solving in an institutional setting
Long Term Care experience preferred
Must be able to stoop, bend, twist and lift up to 70 pounds. Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.
Must maintain a valid driver's license and meet the requirements of the company authorized driver policy.
