What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance FLOAT all three buildings position at Essential Senior Health and Living?
Starting pay for nursing as follows:
CNA - 18.00 - 23.00 per hour
LPN - 32.00 - 37.00 per hour
RN - 37.00 - 42.00 per hour
**Weekend Option additional 5.00-7.00 per hour

Maintenance staff will:
Ensure a safe living environment for residents
This position floats to all buildings and reports to the Lead Maintenance at Elwood
Ensure a safe working environment for employees
Ensure adherence to all regulations governing physical facility operations
Maintain facility grounds and equipment
Maintenance staff must:
Be able to read and comprehend English language, including the comprehension of blueprints, policies, and procedures
Have 2 years’ experience related to general troubleshooting, repair and problem solving in an institutional setting
Long Term Care experience preferred
Must be able to stoop, bend, twist and lift up to 70 pounds. Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.
