Job Title:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Company Overview:
Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, a leader in providing comprehensive ABA, speech, and occupational therapy, is launching a new franchise clinic in Spring, Texas. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, evidence-based interventions for children aged 18 months to 6 years on the autism spectrum. We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of establishing a new center and to work closely with an enthusiastic owner who values quality care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualized, research-based client programs
- Monitor client progress and make program adjustments as needed
- Lead weekly parent training sessions and provide progress updates
- Supervise interns and RBTs within the center
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training
- Manage insurance-related tasks (pre-authorization requests)
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain 25-28 billable hours per week
- Support a caseload of 8-12 clients with assistance from a BCaBA or Lead RBT
- Collaborate with the site owner and office manager to support clients and families
- Coordinate care with on-site speech and OT providers
Qualifications:
- BACB Certification
- BLS / CPR certification
- Clear criminal background check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis

Starting at $85,000 - $90,000 per year
