Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately
- Coordinate and facilitate resident services, such as package delivery, maintenance requests, and community events
- Maintain records and perform administrative tasks to support the property management team
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Address resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various technology platforms
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
