Overview : Essential Staffing Solutions seeks a dependable, self-motivated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for a temporary role with the potential for a permanent position.
Position Summary : The Service Manager leads all maintenance operations, ensuring team efficiency and training development, and works closely with the Branch Manager. This role oversees maintenance performance, service scheduling, make-ready unit preparation, preventive maintenance, and curb appeal in Apartment Community.
Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Train, mentor, and support the maintenance team to ensure quality service and skill development.
- Site Coordination : Conduct regular site visits to train, motivate, and oversee maintenance activities.
- Performance Reporting : Provide weekly maintenance reports to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Quality Control : Inspect completed work and guide the team on standards and uniform compliance.
- Safety & Risk Management : Oversee safety protocols and conduct training on incident response, emergency procedures, and site safety.
- Training Programs : Facilitate regular make-ready training sessions and develop maintenance checklists.
Qualifications :
Physical Requirements : Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
