Assist with preventive maintenance and inventory management.

Requirements
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification required.
EPA Certification Required (Universal Certification Preferred).
2 years of experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on supervisory or assistant roles.
Strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Must have own tools and transportation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
