Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of properties and lead a dynamic sales and operations team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, staff, and property stakeholders.
- Develop and implement competitive marketing strategies to drive property success.
- Collaborate with property owners to establish and achieve operational goals.
- Ensure cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management.
- Work with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
- Maximize rental income and ensure high occupancy levels.
- Complete all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately and on time.
- Mentor, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of property portfolios and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Regional Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry.
- Advanced bookkeeping and general accounting expertise.
- Strong knowledge of legal responsibilities related to property management.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Proficiency in property management software (OneSite or Yardi preferred; Ops Technology required).
