Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and post rent payments accurately in Yardi.
- Address delinquent accounts, issue late notices, and handle eviction processes.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor approvals.
- Assist in leasing, resident relations, and retention programs.
- Conduct move-out inspections and ensure timely deposit processing.
- Support the Community Manager in overseeing office and financial operations.
- Fluent in Spanish (Preferred).
- 2 years of experience in property management or leasing.
- Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
