Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and support the maintenance team to ensure quality service and skill development.
- Site Coordination: Conduct regular site visits to train, motivate, and oversee maintenance activities.
- Performance Reporting: Provide weekly maintenance reports to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work and guide the team on standards and uniform compliance.
- Safety & Risk Management: Oversee safety protocols and conduct training on incident response, emergency procedures, and site safety.
- Training Programs: Facilitate regular make-ready training sessions and develop maintenance checklists.
- Experience: 1-4 years in apartment maintenance supervision (required), with a minimum of 5 years preferred in property management.
- Certifications: HVAC and EPA required; CPO preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Education: Trade school courses in HVAC, plumbing, and/or a high school diploma/GED preferred.
