Job Description
The Make Ready Technician primarily completes turnkey for vacant apartment homes. Additionally, you may assist with the curb appeal of the community as directed by the Service Manager.
Job Duties
Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
Assist in renovation projects
Assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community
Job Qualifications
Must have your own tools
1-2 years of maintenance experience
Must pass the ESS Maintenance Test
Have a strong work ethic
Be reliable and dependable
