Our Service Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.
Job Duties
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
- Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
- Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
- Assist in renovation projects Assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community
- Must have your own tools 1-2 years of handyman experience
- Appliance Repair experience (Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Icemakers and Microwaves)
- Handyman, Carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- Work well in a team environment
- Have a strong work ethic Be reliable and dependable
