Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Our Lady of Lourdes Women & Children's Hospital in Lafayette, LA. This is a great opportunity to join a tenured, well-supported group that emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and professional fulfillment.
Position Highlights:
- $276,000 with 8 weeks of vacation (1099 model) post-call days off
- Optional extra shifts available at nearby EAM facilities for additional income
- Diverse case mix: Pediatrics, OB, ENT, General Surgery, Radiology, GI/Urology, and Orthopedics — no Cardiac, Neuro, or Transplant
- Reasonable call schedule: 1:7 rotation with guaranteed post-call day off. Call is beeper from home!
- Daily staffing: 6 CRNAs and 1 in-house MD (12-hour shifts, 24-hour coverage)
- Collaborative team: 8 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists working in a supportive, professional environment
Qualifications:
- Board certified
- New grads welcome! We provide mentorship and onboarding support.
- Enthusiasm for full-scope practice encouraged
