What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Manager position at Essentials Endodontics?
We are looking for a dental office manager for our specialty office in Burleson, TX and Aledo, TX. So this positions does require traveling.
Our Burleson location will be your main office. The ideal dental office manager would work in both part-time offices. The days that both offices are closed, you will either have to market for the offices and or travel to our other offices to help out.

Both locations are 25-30 minutes from each other.
Manager meetings are conducted once a month at the Fort Worth, TX location.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of managing a dental office
- Available to work Monday thru Friday
- Reliable transportation
- Understanding of basic dental terminology
- Ability to read and understand EOB's
- Knowledge on how to post insurance checks
- At least 2 years of dental front office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in insurance, claims, appeals
- Proficient in financials and case acceptance
Duties:
- Basic front office: Check in/out patients, import data, process payment, verify dental benefits, schedule appointments
- Treatment planning and presentation
- Can communicate and direct staff
- Send Claims
- Enter patient data
- Meet deadlines and monthly goals
- Resolve patient issues and concerns
- Manage front office supplies and inventory
- Additional tasks may apply
