Lead Spa Associate

Essentials Massage and Facials of Clearwater is seeking a Spa Assistant Manager to join our award-winning team and help maintain the daily operations of our spa. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves delivering exceptional service, managing a team, and growing within the spa industry. The hours are from 3pm to 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Spa Assistant Manager with the daily operations of the spa.
• Ensure every client has an exceptional experience during check-in and check-out.
• Complete and confirm all reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Promote upgrades and sales to enhance the client experience.
• Manage and guide the team, ensuring adherence to spa protocols and standards.
• Address client concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Support team training and development initiatives.
