As an onsite position, this role requires providing administrative support to Site Leadership, Operations Manager, Human Resources, and Safety Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely preparation, receipt, and distribution of correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents as requested. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of related experience in an office environment, excellent computer skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
