Lead Plumbing Installer

Position Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays required

What You’ll Do: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for installations; install domestic water piping, waste piping, boiler piping, and gas piping systems; test and inspect plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction; conduct routine maintenance checks to enhance system efficiency and longevity; maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and parts used; manage inventory of parts and equipment for seamless project execution; collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure timely and efficient work; ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry guidelines; provide an outstanding installation experience for customers.
Required Skills and Experience: 5 years of proven experience in plumbing installation; Journeyman or Master Plumbing Licensure (current and valid) required; expertise in commercial/industrial plumbing systems; strong leadership, organization, and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers, team members, and office staff; professional appearance and attitude, with a commitment to mentoring and training others; a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation; high school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship preferred); ability to work independently while following direction as needed; reliably prompt.
Physical condition and strength required to work in awkward spaces; work is performed in various environments and includes exposure to hot and cold temperatures depending on job location and season; must be able to lift heavy materials and tools up to 60 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
