Installer

Essex Bay Cabinetry and Design LLC is a full service custom cabinetry company. We design, build and install all of our custom cabinetry for our large residential customer base in and around the North Shore of Massachusetts. We are currently looking for an installer to work full time, both on site at installations, and in our shop as needed.

Qualifications:

· Active Drivers' License and reliable transportation to and from work

· Must be able and dedicated to work to a high standard of quality

· Ability to stand for 8 hours

· Physical strength and stamina is a job requirement

· Willingness to learn and take direction

· Dependable and responsible

· Possess strong problem solving skills

· Eagerness to take on challenging projects

· Highly motivated

Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

· Basic knowledge of power tools and woodworking machinery (required)

· 2 – 4 years construction and installation experience a must

Job Requirements:

· Travel to and from work sites

· Build, move, and install cabinetry both at floor level and elevated

· Adapt to unexpected changes and problem solve on site as necessary

· Communicate information effectively with coworkers, contractors and customers in a professional manner

· Read and understand plans and/or drawings as they relate to the project

· Perform finish carpentry tasks

· Other tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
