- Observe residents' health status and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, shaving, and feeding.
- Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements.
- Keep residents' spaces clean and tidy.
- Transport residents within the facility.
- Prevent bedsores by turning bedridden residents regularly.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Successful completion of a CNA program.
- Current CNA state certification.
- Good standing with the State Registry.
