Position Details
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
3. Assess and evaluate students’ language proficiency, providing constructive feedback and support.
4. Collaborate with the Director to develop and enhance curriculum materials.
5. Stay current with best practices in ESL instruction and integrate innovative teaching methods.
6. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.
7. Class schedules may include day, evening or weekend schedules
met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and
functions of the job and are not meant to be all inclusive. Reasonable
