Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Danvers, MA. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities at various building sites, ensure safety and building codes are followed, manage and support a team of volunteers, coordinate with subcontractors and supply vendors, and maintain project schedules. The Site Supervisor will also ensure that homes are built to the high standards of quality expected by Essex County Habitat for Humanity.

- Experience in construction and site supervision
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work with and motivate volunteers from diverse backgrounds
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours and in varied weather conditions
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
