VAN DRIVER
Essex Group Transportation, a family owned and operated transportation company, servicing the health care needs of seniors for nearly 50 years, is seeking enthusiastic team players as Drivers. Responsibilities include operating a passenger van/bus to transport clients to doctor appointments, outings, etc. and transport staff members to and from work at scheduled times on a regular route. Other responsibilities include, maintaining the van and conducting safety checks.
Individual must have basic knowledge of vehicles to be able to check oil, water, fuel, etc. and must have a positive attitude and be courteous to all clients, employees and public at all times. Knowledge of Massachusetts Registry Laws and a clean driving record are required. Must pass a DOT physical and be CPR and First Aid Certified. Experience with operating wheelchair lifts preferred but not required.
