This is a face-to-face, customer-facing role that will allow you to gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and leadership. You’ll be part of a vibrant, ambitious team, working on live campaigns and interacting directly with customers to represent our clients’ products and services.
We provide full product training, so you don’t need experience—just the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent client brands and engage with customers face-to-face
- Learn how to effectively present and promote products and services
- Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns in the Rochester area
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build rapport with prospects
- Help coordinate brand activations, promotions, and live events
- Collaborate with team leads and gain early insight into leadership responsibilities
- Track performance and contribute to campaign strategy and improvement
