Job Summary:
The Foreclosure Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the journey of delinquent loans through the foreclosure process, from preparing loans for referral to supporting post-foreclosure activities. This role requires expertise in foreclosure protocols and close collaboration with legal partners to ensure compliance with investor and company standards. Essential Duties:
- Foreclosure Referral Coordination: Seamlessly initiate foreclosure referrals for eligible delinquent loans, collaborating with designated legal counsel to maintain our commitment to Transparency and strict adherence to federal, state, investor, and agency guidelines.
- Document Review and Guidance: Provide expert review and approval of foreclosure documents, offering clear guidance to legal partners on any exceptions. Ensure documents align with company standards, achieving High Performance at every step.
- Attorney Partnership and Quality Assurance: Cultivate strong working relationships with foreclosure attorneys to ensure timeliness and accuracy, representing our value of Leadership in every interaction and driving continuous improvement in performance.

Education and Experience
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes.
- Familiarity with investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines for foreclosure and loss mitigation.
- Proven experience coordinating with attorneys, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. enter education or certification requirements.
Computer and Equipment Skills
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Word processing (speed and accuracy)
- MSP or FICS’ Mortgage Servicer a plus
- Internet software
- Use typical office equipment (computers, fax, phones, copiers, scanners, projectors, etc.)
Physical Requirement:
- Vision (with or without correction) sufficient to read a computer screen and to operate office equipment
- Clear speaking voice on the telephone, in person, and recorded
