Job Summary
The Condominium Front Desk Staff plays a critical role in ensuring resident satisfaction by providing excellent service, managing daily front desk operations, and maintaining building security. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is friendly, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
General Accountabilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries and requests.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage package deliveries, securely store items, and notify residents of received packages.
- Monitor building access, ensuring all guests and visitors follow established security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Provide information about building amenities, policies, and local area services as needed.
- Assist in emergency situations by following protocol to ensure resident safety and support building security.

Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: A few months to one year of related experience
