Job Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Journeyman Plumbing License preferred, or requisite experience
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, instructions and rough drawings
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised
- Proficient in basic mathematics and conversions of measurements
- Familiar with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron and copper piping
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
Tasks & Duties
- Installation of water heaters, water conditioning equipment, well pumps, sewer pumps & other residential plumbing systems
- Be proficient and knowledgeable of the Nexstar Service System and follow it on all appointments
- Be on time for appointments; report timesheet accurately & punctually.
- Work alongside customer service & dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and.
- Complete projects individually or with an Install team.
- Accurate and timely ordering of all parts required for Return Work.
- Report to the Department Supervisor on jobs completed, sold or unserved
Salary : $25 - $40
