· Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse·
Project work to improve distribution KPI’s & report results in picking, packing, & shipping·
Come up with areas of improvements in supporting new project implementation.· Ensure safety compliance·
Report progress vs what is planned (KPI’s) ·
Cross functional responsibilities ·
Project plans: automation projects with sorters
- Recognize trends, present improvement ideas to the senior leadership and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop annual plan for improvement initiatives and execute projects as per project plans
- Build and leverage relationships with functional leaders and collaborate with internal business partners to deliver optimal solutions.
- Create appropriate presentation material for various business reviews, including KPI reviews
§ Evaluate gaps in productivity and service balance, coordinate, and lead projects to improve the reliability and efficiency of the processes.
§ Monitor replenishment vs. plan daily and recommend corrective action as required for execution by the team to ensure desired inventory coverage levels.
