GENERAL FUNCTION

The quality auditor level II will be responsible for performing daily product and process quality related functions that include process audits, data entry, data collection and analysis with expectations to use such data to implement continuous improvements in product and process quality.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect product using established criteria.
  • Record data and report findings upon completion of inspection, using basic data collection forms and associated databases.
  • Separate and label defective products according to established processes and procedures.
  • Provide immediate feedback to operation supervisors/ lead for critical quality concerns.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies methods and materials to improve quality/productivity in coordination with operations management.
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to different environments.
  • Complete and approved the training assigned by leadership
  • Performs visual audits of associates following SOP’s.
  • Support with the training of current and new associates with the most recent processes, system updates etc.
  • Perform and document at least 2 QK per month, at least 24 QK per year

 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year related of experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality auditing or logistics experience.
  • Ability to read, understand and carry out instructions (i.e. standard operating procedures, safety standards, labels.)
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and other business systems.
  • Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Great flexibility, organizational, detail oriented and time management skills.
  • Capable of coaching and influencing others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with SAP platform
  • Understanding of internal auditing standards
  • Experience in process/product improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge and understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and concepts

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
