Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Training and Communications Manager to develop training programs that align with Essintial's goals and objectives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and new technologies to ensure that training programs stay up-to-date and relevant.
- Create engaging and user-friendly training materials, including presentations, videos, and documentation.
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant preparation.
- Provide technical support during training sessions, addressing questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain training records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and educational resources.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their training needs and provide support where needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Education or background in IT, technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware/software.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
