- Manage help desk requests and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of computer networks.
- Utilize Remedy for tracking service requests and incidents efficiently.
- Support Active Directory management tasks including user account administration.
- Implement and manage firewall configurations to ensure network security.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.

- Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, computer networking, and firewall management.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and SCCM is preferred but not required.
