- Process Development and Improvement:
- Propose and participate in updating or creating purchasing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in procurement operations.
- Project and Strategic Support:
- Support projects and initiatives involving new purchasing territories or complex procurement needs.
- Provide expertise in sourcing and managing vendors for specialized or high-value procurements.
- Procurement Management:
- Manage and oversee complex procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and vendors to support strategic procurement decisions.
- Engage in vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on complex or high-value purchasing.
- Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
- Proven expertise in vendor management and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
