About the Role
Essity Health and Medical Solutions is currently seeking a Safety Specialist at our manufacturing facility in Bordentown, NJ
We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we'd love to talk.
What You Will Do
- Is a Role Model for Safety;
- Is a strong ambassador of the I Care program;
- Is the advisor of the operational teams on Risk, Safety and Health topics, with the aim of creating a strong and sustainable culture on site;
- Collaborates with the global RESH organization and implements initiatives on the site;
- Ensures that compliance to legal obligations and company standard is maintained and regularly reviewed;
- Spends reasonable and qualitative time in the operational areas to drive cultural changes;
- Fosters continuous improvement through reapplication of good practices from internal and external benchmark;
- Acts as business partner to the operational teams;

Compensation and Benefits :
Expected Compensation :
70,000 - $90,000 annual salary range annual incentive bonus benefits.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
