We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with various departments.
What You Will Do:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Provide administrative support, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, direct mail and traditional media. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content which may include thought leadership articles, promotional materials, digital collateral, newsletters, sales materials. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors. Provide recommendations based on findings to improve marketing strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, service groups, marketing and design teams to align efforts with overall business goals. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve shared objectives.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the AEC or other professional services industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
