About the role :
This position is part of the Medical Education EMEA team, which is responsible for projects associated with our companies medical education activities (masterclasses, preceptorships, proctorships, congresses, etc) clinical studies, medical content, Journal Publications, Advisory Board and Key Opinion Leaders.
This position works closer with the Medical Affairs leadership team to accomplish department objectives.
The MSL is expected to conduct field-based activities while attending congresses and trainings, and also at scheduled visits to relevant centers or clinics. This position acts as a point of contact for all aspects related to clinical, scientific and medical exchange of information within a regional portfolio of customers and products.
In this position, the MSL will oversee training programs for surgeons and HCPs, and field-based commercial training.
You will :
- Represent the company at educational events : Work with HCPs to organize scientific programs, communicate key messages to ensure alignment of messaging
- Summaries : Review literature related to our products and competitors and provide summaries when needed to guide surgeons and conversations with external stakeholdersDevelop materials that can be provided to surgeons
- Work with content : Develop materials that can be provided to surgeons To educate and inform surgeons
- Work with presentations : Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for KOLs, Podiums, etc. to provide support, educate and inform key external stakeholders.
- Work with journal articles : Assist medical affairs with writing, editing, reviewing and / or submitting.
- Work with Societies : Discuss with scientific societies and congress organizers about our products
- Work with Queries : Process incoming emails, calls, and inquiries and respond to inquiries via email or phone using the most up-to-date information
- Commercial support : Support with trainings to early users (masterclass, preceptorships, proctorships webinars) or new clinics signing (Mia)
- Training support : Deliver field-based training or virtual-based training of scientific and medical content to various stakeholders, including advisory panels.
- Quality and Legal support : Process and support quality and / or legal in managing incoming emails, calls, and inquiries from surgeons and patients.
