What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Associate/Analyst position at eStaff LLC?
We seek a QA Associate/Analyst for a contract assignment in San Antonio. This position may require on-site work, so you must live within one hour of San Antonio. We can work with C2C.
Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:
- Collaborate with Accenture and TimeClocks Plus vendor resources to conduct testing activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for testing activities related to Time Clocks Plus and the
- integration with Workday
- Provide input on test plans, including time estimates and criteria for acceptance for both Time
- Clocks Plus and the integration with Workday
- Collaborate with vendors and customers to develop test scenarios and test scripts
- Work with users to ensure that solutions meet business requirements; validate/update test
- scenarios and test cases to ensure business alignment
- Execute Unit tests and document software and integration defects using a bug tracking system,
- and report defects to software developers and vendors
- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or
- content
- Lead customer confirmation walkthroughs; report issues
- Provide feedback and recommendations to vendor resources on software usability and
- functionality
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
- Adhere to standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality and go-live readiness
- Assist Test Team PM in monitoring estimated time to complete (ETC) and actuals for assigned tasks
- Meet time estimates for assigned tasks
- Communicate accurate and useful status updates
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors
- Follow quality standards
- Serves as subject matter expert, individually motivated and operating with a sense of urgency and
- personal accountability
Salary : $40 - $45
